Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data is processed on evolvey.tr under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Controller

2. Hosting and server logs

This website and our mailboxes are operated by an external hosting provider with servers in Germany. When you visit the site, the host automatically processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept by the host only for a short time. A data processing agreement with the host is in place (Art. 28 GDPR).

3. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (name, company, email address, optional phone number, role, sector and message) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries). We do not share your data with third parties, except our hosting provider, which also processes our email. Enquiries are deleted no later than 2 years after completion unless statutory retention periods apply.

4. WhatsApp

You can message us directly via the WhatsApp button. A connection to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) is only made when you click it. Your message and phone number are then also processed by WhatsApp, possibly in third countries. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, please use the form or email.

5. Google Analytics (only with consent)

If you agree in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics sets cookies and records how our website is used, e.g. pages viewed, time on site, device and browser data, approximate location (country/city) and the source of the visit, such as an ad. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Google processes the data as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR); data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Without consent, no connection to Google is made. Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months. Cookie details are listed on our cookie page.

Fonts and all other files are loaded from our own server. We do not use social media plugins.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Contact us at info@evolvey.tr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
