Which countries do you serve?
Our focus is the German-speaking region: Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Other EU countries are possible on request.
What do my products need to be sold in the EU?
It depends on the product: food needs labelling and lab testing, cosmetics need a safety assessment and notification, cleaning products need safety data sheets. In our first meeting we clarify exactly what your product requires.
What is the difference between distribution and private label?
With distribution, your products are sold under your brand and we handle regional sales. With private label, they are sold under our brand or the buyer's, and you are responsible for production.
Are there minimum order quantities for buyers?
Minimum quantities depend on the manufacturer and product. We find the right manufacturer and terms with you.
How are you paid?
Depending on the model, we work with a service fee, commission or trading margin. We agree on the right model transparently in our first meeting.
