EU Food Information Regulation (1169/2011): allergens, nutrition data and the responsible operator in the EU.
Contaminant limits
EU maximum levels for aflatoxins and ochratoxin A; increased border checks for some products.
Certificates
Retail listings usually require IFS Food or BRCGS.
Traceability
A lot number and an accredited lab report for every batch.
